Privacy Policy

WIENEKE SLU ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

Data Controller

Data We Collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or purchase a product
• First name — optional, for personalization of communications
• Purchase data — transaction records processed by Kit (ConvertKit) for product fulfillment
• Usage data — anonymous analytics data (pages visited, session duration) if analytics are active

Purpose and Legal Basis

• Email marketing — based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Product fulfillment — based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you purchase a product.
• Legal compliance — based on legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Third-Party Processors

• Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing. Data is stored on servers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy Policy: kit.com/privacy

Data Retention

Email subscribers: data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Purchase records: retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance under Spanish law.

Your Rights (GDPR)

As a data subject, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of digital products from WIENEKE SLU via greenjoel.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The Product

The Green Joel Beginner Plan is a digital product consisting of a 4-week functional strength training program, delivered as a PDF guide and video content accessible through a private Members Area. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Access & License

• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own training purposes.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content in any form.
• Access to the Members Area is protected by a password. You are responsible for keeping it confidential.
• Lifetime access means access for as long as greenjoel.com operates the product.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely by Stan Store (Stanchion Inc.). We do not store your payment card details.

Availability

We make every effort to ensure continuous availability of the Members Area. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. WIENEKE SLU is not liable for temporary service interruptions.

Health Disclaimer

All training content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Participate at your own risk. WIENEKE SLU assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained during training.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence.

Refund Policy

EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that the digital content has not yet been delivered.

Non-EU Customers — Our Goodwill Policy

For customers outside the EU (including the United States), we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 7 days of purchase, contact us at coach@greenjoel.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

• Email coach@greenjoel.com with subject line: "Refund Request"
• Include your name and the email address used for purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for purchases older than 7 days (non-EU) or where the EU right of withdrawal has been waived (EU customers who consented to immediate delivery). Abuse of the refund policy may result in access being revoked.
