WHAT CHANGED
EVERYTHING
I was 110 kilograms. Athletic. Muscular. Confident in the gym. Then, during my very first grappling session, a 14-year-old kid weighing 60 kilograms completely dominated me. I couldn't move. I couldn't escape. He controlled every inch of the match.
That moment destroyed the idea I had built around myself. Muscle mass isn't strength. Looking strong isn't being strong. I realized I had been training the wrong thing for years — and that most people still are.
"That day, my entire training philosophy changed forever."
Since then, I've dedicated myself to real performance: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, functional movement, mental discipline, and Ninja Warrior training. Not to look a certain way — but to be truly capable.
